My Theme Song!

So, given that I now run a Pub Quiz on Wednesdays now and the landlord keeps pestering me for an idea of what my theme tune could be for when the Quiz is starting, I thought I’d handily combine showing off about the Quiz, and crowd sourcing some ideas for a theme tune for me!

This is awesome, as music and myself are two of my favourite topics.

To mix in my other favourite topics, I am currently thinking of a bit of politics;
Rage Against the Machine – Sleep Now In The Fire
Leftover Crack – Super Tuesday
Suicide Bid – When Morning Comes

…or a bit of Wednesday love…
Jeff Beck – Hi Ho Silver Lining

…pure awesomeness…
Capdown – Bitches and Nike Shoes

…or a bit of The North
Grimethorpe Colliery Band – Orange Juice

But other suggestions are welcome, neigh sought after!

  1. As you announce yourself and the quiz- ‘so it’s the Wednesday night quiz and time to sort out your teams and decide which side you are on’

    To the sound of Billy Bragg: ‘which side are you on’

    Politics and a bit of a play on words.

    • Last week I used a Brass Band version of the Wallace & Gromit theme, seemed to go down quite well, might carry on with that for a bit.
      The problem with songs with words in will be that they’re often more interesting to listen to than I am.
